SBSettings, the must-have utility from Cydia that allows you to perform actions from your iPhone’s statusbar, is now compatible with iOS 4.
As you may have read on Twitter last night, I had some trouble trying to jailbreak my iOS 4 GM build, but I successfully managed to install Cydia on it using Pwnagetool. After that, I tried to install Cydia tweaks, but I found out that a very few were compatible with iOS 4. Now, I can install SBSettings on my iOS 4 device and enjoy the huge number of great features it carries along.
For those of you who don’t know what SBSettngs is, think of it as a customizable launcher for actions such as “Reboot”, “Respring”, “Power off”, “Turn Wifi on” and such. It lives in the statusbar, easily accessible with a single swipe no matter what you’re doing with your iPhone. You can install custom themes and toggles on it, available on Cydia.
The update is free (of course) and available through the BigBoss’ repository.
