Gazaro Protect Saves You Money Post Best Buy Purchase

I hate having to wait for a good deal. Take a good pair of headphones for example – you absolutely shouldn’t sacrifice the miracles of good sound pumping through your ear holes for Apple’s ear buds (sorry my little white friends). A hundred bucks can pick you up a pair of in-ear Shures that are leagues beyond those tacky ten dollar gel buds you’ve gunked up with pocket lint, and it’s better to just pick up the damn things now instead of shortening your life span through another lousy teeth grinding music session. But what if a Christmas deal comes along a week later? You could have saved a Jackson or two! Not to worry savvy consumers, Gazaro Protect continues to save you cash after the fact, ensuring you’ll get the best deals out of your Best Buy purchases.

Say you buy something awesome at Best Buy like a new plasma flatscreen or an Xbox console. Granted you spent a crap load of money, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have to miss out on a sweet deal. Using Gazaro Protect’s iPhone app, you can simply scan the barcode of any product you buy from the retail chain, and Gazaro will notify you of any price drops. Gazaro takes advantage of Best Buy’s price guarantees - if the price of your product drops, you’ll know first hand thanks to Gazaro’s push notification. After that, you can simply visit your place of purchase to get some cash back! I don’t know how well this holds up on Best Buy’s end (I’d assume you’ll run into the occasional grumpy employee), but it’s worth taking a swing.

You can download Gazaro Protect for free on your iPhone, but you’ll need to pay $1.99 as part of an in-app purchase to unlock the barcode scanner (otherwise you’ll need to enter your UPC manually). However, Gazaro is always good at sharing deals with their customers, so keep an eye out for coupon codes that’ll let you unlock the additional features for free (or at a discount). You can follow @Gazaro on Twitter for more information and a chance to snoop some sweet updates.

If your iPhone isn’t handy, you can always visit http://www.gazaro.com/protect to register your purchased products. Plus, it’s a great way to try out the service before you commit to the iPhone app. These guys know how it’s done.

Gazaro is just one of many sites available to consumers to find good deals, and it’s personally one of my favorites when shopping locally. Check out Gazaro’s product blog for more information on Gazaro Protect and other services that could potentially save you a few dollars this holiday season.
