White iPhones Available in UK Stores?

9to5mac posted a video of Sky News, showing people in UK Apple Stores trying a white iPhone 4. Wasn’t it supposed to ship by second half of July? Could it be that some stores have already got demo units?

UPDATE #1: We’re getting reports from customers who have spotted employees with white units in US stores as well, Mayfair and Valley Fair (San Jose).
