With Things and OmniFocus obviously being the best contenders for getting things done on the iPad, you may be forgetting about the simple things in life – mainly those basic checklists you used to keep on your night table. While someone like me could certainly put the workhorse that is OmniFocus through its paces, I realize that not all of you need such a solution for your daily reminders. When Chicken Studios contacted us about Tisk Task, I thought you’d be interested.
If the iPad is your centre de l’attention, Tisk Task takes us back to basics by providing iPad users with a simple checklist that includes basic priorities, dates, and notes. Quickly jot down your reminders in a simple list format, and organize your daily todos with your own custom lists. While I wouldn’t recommend this to your task-binding power user, Tisk Task is a great choice for keeping track of chores, groceries, and those dastardly homework assignments.
For $2.99 on the iTunes App Store, one of the most basic of task managers might just be what you need to quickly get down a mental note or two. And at least your not wasting bundles of sticky notes in the process.
