iFixit’s iPhone 4 Teardown Confirms 512 MB of RAM

The new iPhone comes out tomorrow, but iFixit has (as usual) managed to get a unit and tear it down. The result, unsurprisingly, confirms the rumored 512 MB of RAM, a bigger  3.7V 1420 mAh Li-Polymer battery and dual purpose steel frame / antenna.

Check out the full teardown here, and a few pictures after the break.
