Exclusive Sneak Peek: Stories App for iPhone

Last week we talked about Newsprint, an upcoming feeds reader app for iPhone which is really promising and could seriously replace Reeder (our review) on my homescreen.

Today I’m very proud to give you an exclusive sneak peek at Stories, a new RSS app which takes a radical different approach and brings Google Reader feeds to your iPhone with a minimal, native and elegant interface.

Stories is meant for people who just want simplicity and functionality from a feed reader. You’ll be able to access your notes, shared and starred items, folders and single subscriptions. Everything is smooth and refined, including animations - which are already fast and fluid.

Stories is in beta, I don’t know when it will be submitted to Apple. In the meantime, you can visit the official website and sign up to the newsletter, or just follow Stories_App on Twitter.

It’s going to be an interesting fight between Reeder, Byline, Newsprint and Stories - I’m sure.
